3. Orders and Payments via Razorpay
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay.
We do not store your payment details. All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay.
By using Razorpay, you also agree to their Terms and Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues or unavailability of products.
4. Delivery and Pickup
All confirmed orders will be delivered within 1 day from the time of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery is available to selected locations, and delivery slots are subject to availability.
Accurate delivery information must be provided by the customer to avoid delays.
If you choose pickup, you must collect your order within the assigned time slot to ensure freshness and quality.
5. Refunds and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, no returns are accepted.
For wrong or damaged items, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photo proof. Refunds or replacements will be made at our discretion.
6. Allergens
Our products may contain common allergens such as eggs, milk, nuts, gluten, and soy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before placing orders.
7. Reviews and Comments
User-submitted content such as reviews must be respectful and not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content.
