At Sameer Egg Sweets & Bakery, we take pride in preparing fresh bakery and sweet items made to order. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Same-Day Orders: Since we process and begin preparing orders immediately, same-day orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
Scheduled Orders: If your order is scheduled for next-day delivery, you may request cancellation up to 1 hour after placing the order by calling or messaging us directly.
Cancellation requests made after the preparation or dispatch of the order will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order is prepared or delivered, unless:
You received a wrong item
The product was damaged during delivery
There was a confirmed non-delivery
To be eligible for a refund:
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and a clear photo of the product
Our team will verify and process the refund at our discretion
Refunds, if approved, will be initiated through the original payment method via Razorpay and may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after the order is confirmed
Incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer
Customer not available at the time of delivery
Delay caused by natural events, traffic, or unavoidable circumstances
4. Payment Gateway Fees
In case of cancellation before order preparation, payment gateway charges (if any) deducted by Razorpay may be excluded from the refund amount.
