1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to selected areas within Gingee, Villupuram District, and nearby regions.
Service availability is confirmed at the time of checkout based on your pincode or address.
2. Delivery Time
All confirmed orders will be delivered within 1 day from the time of order placement.
Our delivery window is 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week (including holidays, unless otherwise announced).
While we aim to deliver as early as possible, exact delivery time may vary based on location, order volume, weather, or traffic conditions.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Free delivery may be offered on selected products or order values above a minimum amount.
4. Order Confirmation
After successful payment via Razorpay, you will receive a confirmation through SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
You may also receive a call to verify your address or schedule delivery time if needed.
5. Delivery Attempt & Responsibility
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given address during the delivery window.
Orders not received due to incorrect address, unreachable location, or unavailability of recipient will not be eligible for a refund.
Redelivery may be attempted based on availability and may include an extra delivery charge.
